SPLV Stations

SPLV Stations

The Maximator SPLV Stations are pre-assembled air amplifier systems designed to boost compressed air or nitrogen from standard plant pressure into higher, controlled output pressure systems. They are built as complete, ready-to-operate skids with integrated safety and control components.

These systems are based on the SPLV air amplifier series and are widely used where stable medium-pressure air is required without installing additional compressors.

Key characteristics:

Based on SPLV air amplifiers (e.g., SPLV2, SPLV3, SPLV10)
Pressure ratios typically from 1:2 up to 1:10 depending on model
Output pressure range up to approximately 16 bar (SPLV2), 32 bar (SPLV3), and 100 bar (SPLV10)
Driven by standard shop air (typically 1–8 bar / up to 10 bar depending on model)
Integrated components include:
Air amplifier unit
Air filter and regulator
Pressure gauge
Shut-off valve
Air receiver tank (improves stability and reduces pulsation)
Optional pressure regulation, safety valves, and EX-rated configurations for hazardous areas
Designed for plug-and-play industrial deployment with minimal setup
