Who this is for
Built for the people
who run the equipment.
Every programme is designed for specific roles. Whether you’re certifying operators, upskilling your maintenance team, or qualifying your safety officer – there’s a programme built for them.
Maintenance Technicians
Technicians performing scheduled maintenance and fault repairs on Mehrer, Bauer, Denair and Denair systems. Training covers planned maintenance procedures, spare part replacement and fault diagnosis to OEM specification.
Safety Officers & Mines Rescue Teams
Safety professionals responsible for breathing air quality, SCBA readiness and mine rescue equipment. Programmes cover regulatory requirements, equipment inspection and emergency scenario preparedness.
Compressor Operators
Operators running daily production on CO₂, breathing air and plant air systems. Training covers correct operating procedures, pre-shift checks, alarm response and safe shutdown – reducing operator error and unplanned stops.
Process & Maintenance Engineers
Engineers responsible for system design, specification and performance management. Advanced modules cover system design principles, pressure calculations, material selection for high-pressure applications and efficiency optimisation.
Upskill your team
The instructors who
fix this equipment for a living
Theory from a manual is one thing. Training from engineers who have serviced Mehrer systems in Nigerian breweries and Bauer compressors in copper mines across Zambia is another.
01
OEM FACTORY CERTIFIED
Every SPRESS instructor carries factory certification from the OEM whose equipment they teach. No generic trainers – only specialists who know your equipment intimately.
02
HANDS-ON, NOT THEORETICAL
Programmes are built around real equipment in our facility. Participants leave with practical skills they can apply the next working day – not just a slide deck.
03
AFRICA-RELEVANT CONTENT
Our instructors have maintained equipment in African mining, brewing and industrial environments. Training reflects the conditions, standards and challenges your team actually faces.
04
ON-SITE AVAILABLE
Can’t bring your team to Centurion? We bring the training to you. On-site programmes are available across 15 African countries – on your equipment, in your environment.
